Our History.
Founded in 2009 by Dave and Jason Glass in the west Texas town of El Paso, New Start Homes has worked tirelessly to become an award-winning manufactured home retailer, all thanks to the hundreds and thousands of customers who chose us with their new manufactured home purchase in El Paso and then at our sister store in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Alongside our partner and local Bonham, Texas real estate developer Clint Hemby, we opened New Start Homes Bonham in 2023. The rest as they say is history. The future is all about a new start.
